Week 12/13 Devlog - Patryk


This will be the final devlog. All of the core systems are in the game, we now have audio and the level has been completely reworked. I think I have fixed every bug we had with the boss, so hopefully nothing breaks with it now. It was pretty challenging but after a while I found the cause of the bugs so I fixed them, the scythe had a weird bug which was caused from it triggering the boss to return to the center point, which obviously shouldn't have happened, and the pound had a weird but hard to do in practice bug that completely broke the boss, I eventually found some sort of a fix for it, it was a huge pain though. I developed the checkpoint system and everything else that needed to be done, so the game should be in a perfectly playable state as it is. We still have a few final tweaks to do but overall I think this game was a great success.
